By signing up for our services or accessing our e-commerce catalog, checkouts, subdomains, database applications, or customer portals (collectively the “Platform”), you enter into a legally binding agreement to be governed by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, store managers, customers, administrators, and developers using the Platform.

Except as otherwise explicitly indicated, all materials on this Platform—including but not limited to the codebase, design systems, interface layouts, product photos, descriptive text, and stylesheets (the “Intellectual Property”)—are owned by and belong exclusively to **RS Cluster** and **Rakesh Dodamani**.

Usage and Restrictions:

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform dashboards solely for personal shopping, product tracking, and order history viewing.
• You may not copy, extract, reproduce, deconstruct, or host custom copies of the platform's product listings, codebase, or style sheets without our explicit prior written consent.
• Automated scraping of product catalogs, review logs, or prices using external crawlers or scripts is strictly prohibited.

The Platform provides dynamic calculations including product totals, shipping estimates, coupon discounts, and tax assessments (such as GST in India).

These tools are designed to facilitate standard e-commerce checks. However, final billing and tax distributions comply with relevant legal standards across local jurisdictions.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive to maintain robust and accurate calculation algorithms, customers must verify the final totals on the checkout screen before making payments via Razorpay. RS Cluster does not assume liability for transaction discrepancies caused by local network failures or external bank delays.

To purchase items, save wishlists, or write reviews, users must register a customer profile.

Under our system, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate registration records (including active email addresses and shipping names).
• Keep your authentication passwords and local cookies fully confidential to protect checkout logs.
• Acknowledge that reviews are subject to verification rules (e.g. only eligible purchasers can submit reviews for products).

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that engage in fraudulent registrations, duplicate logins to bypass limitations, or attempt unauthorized database calls.

You warrant that you will not misuse the Platform's core databases or backend routing.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Bypassing Session Middleware: Attempting to query Hono server endpoints directly using fake session credentials or forged headers.
• Malicious Injection: Uploading or submitting code injections, cross-site script payloads, or server commands via reviews, checkout remark fields, or support forms.
• Database Manipulation: Attempting to bypass eligibility limits to write fake reviews or tamper with order histories.
• API Flooding: Running custom scripts to flood endpoints with mock transactions or order creation calls.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE PLATFORM, CATALOG ENGINE, AND ALL ASSOCIATED ORDER MODULES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, RS CLUSTER AND RAKESH DODAMANI DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHOP WORKSPACE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OF INVOICE GENERATIONS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL RS CLUSTER OR RAKESH DODAMANI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR TRANSACTION DISCREPANCIES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR PLATFORM ACCESS, ORDER PLACEMENT, OR GENERATED INVOICES, EVEN IF ADVISEMENT OF SUCH POTENTIAL DAMAGES WAS INITIATED.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes, claims, or actions arising from them, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Karnataka, India**, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **Bengaluru, Karnataka, India**, to resolve any legal matters relating to the Platform.

As we deploy new catalog dashboard features, change checkout API routes, or refine permissions logic, these Terms may require adjustments. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
